Back Acne Secrets?
May 29th, 2010 by admin 1 comment »Mike Walden, a certified nutritionalist and best selling author, has recently completed a study on natural solutions and treatments for acne and has written a tell-all report called Acne No More.
According to Mike, his controversial report is clinically proven and is backed up by over 30,000 hours of nutritional expertise – it promises to reveal how to clear up acne in 2 months – FOREVER?
His report is the result of 7 years of research and includes a special section on the “medication trap” and how to free yourself by using a natural approach.
Mike is a former sufferer of severe back acne and has been helping acne sufferers to cure their acne for over 10 years.
Do any of these symptoms sound familiar to you?
- Any type of acne on your face or back?
- Itching and peeling skin caused by acne drugs?
- Oily skin with large open pores?
- Do you suffer from low self esteem, depression, worry and anxiety because of your acne?
- Do you avoid going out often because of your acne?
- Do you feel obsessed over your acne?
- Do you spend a lot of money on drugs and over the counters which don’t seem to work?
If you are suffering from back acne then it is important to know one thing….
You are not alone…
Statistics show that millions of people suffer from acne all over the world.
Here’s a sneak peek at some of the things you’ll discover in Mike’s controversial acne report:
- Why certain acne drugs and antibiotics can atually make your acne WORSE (most people don’t know this and will never cure their acne)
- Proof that acne can be cured permanently (this is one message the drug companies definitely don’t want you to hear) if you follow the simple yet immensly powerful 3 week plan laid out in the report.
- A secret underground way to improve your skin and overall health along with your acne. You’ll be amazed how simple it is.
Be sure to check out Mike’s Acne No More and let me know your think in the comments. I would love to get your feedback on his report.
Best Of Luck,

My Pimples On Back Resource Blog
April 25th, 2010 by admin 2 comments »Thanks a lot for stopping by my page. If you’re here then I’m guessing you have pimples on your back.
I hope they’re not too bad, I’ve been there myself and back acne can be a real pain in the butt so I know how you’re feeling.
I’ve put together some resources that I found useful when I started digging around on the internet for a successful treatment in the hope that it might save you a bit of time finding some useful information.
One of the people I found really good was a guy called Mike Walden. He is an author and medical consultant who looks at acne in a refreshingly different way.
The thing that got my interest was the way his research has shown that there are a number of factors which all play at causing acne (he is not one of these “cut out the cheeseburgers and you’ll be free of acne in a day” people). He looks at acne in a more holistic way and has some really interesting research on why so many people are not able to be treated by topical steroid creams alone.
He could be a little hyper for some people but a lot of what he says makes a lot of sense – at least it did to me. You can head over and check out his take on treating acne (it applys to pimples on your back) by clicking here.

5 Simple And Effective Ways To Treat The Pimples On Your Back – Even If You Lead An Active Lifestyle
April 15th, 2010 by admin No comments »Back Acne is the ugly little brother of face acne. As soon as you clear your face up your back flares up.
The main problem is that your back is teeming with sebaceous glands and it is always harder to clean your back than your face. Pimples on your back are harder to get at and are often more acute.
The problem is even more problematic for people leading an active lifestyle because the back is usually covered which means the pores are more prone to clogging when you sweat.
So what are you to do?
Here are 5 tips for all active people to consider when trying to cure their pimples on back:
#1 Avoid Lycra like the plague. Back acne does not respond well to tight clothing and Lycra traps the perspiration.
#2 Have a bath or shower as soon as you have finished exercising. This will help stop your pores clogging up and will help control the acne.
#3 Always make sure your back is fully dry before putting on clothing. Pimples love moisture so this is really important.
#4 Try, where possible, to avoid really humid surroundings – not practical if you live in the tropics but make sure your house is not too hot. No sweating in doors.
#5 Pimples on your back love grease and oil so stay away from greasy cooking or your back acne will get worse.
Hope you loved my 5 ways to treat your pimples on back.
Cheers

5 Powerful Ways To Treat Your Back Acne
April 10th, 2010 by admin No comments »I know, I know – the pimples on back that you have been struggling with just won’t clear up. Well, not with some help anyway!
Here are 5 ways of treating your back pimples which are a little leftfield but I encourage you to give them a go.
#1 Witch Hazel Astringent
What is an astringent I hear you ask…and how will it help to clear up my pimples on back?
It is a locally applied substance which contracts the skin and hardens it. Witch Hazel Astringent is especially useful for acne suffers with oily skin. It is an all natural acne treatment too, which is likely to be less harsh than commercial products.
#2 Commercial Astringents
If the Witch Hazel is not working out it may not be powerful enough for your back acne – you may need to call in the big guns and go for a commercial, over the counter product. These will be much harsher, but your pimples on back may need a strong astringent to clear up effectively.
#3 Use Nature’s Kitchen
What are our friends in the kitchen, and what are enemies of our back acne?
- Squeeze an orange or lemon onto cotton wool and apply.
- Rub fresh garlic onto your pimples (stinks though)
- Raw potatoes (rub on affected area)
Not only will these natural solutions clear your pimples but they will also give you some relief from red, itchy and blotchy skin. And they are easy to get hold of.
#4 Oral Antibiotics
This is when you have tried all of the above methods and your stubborn pimples on back are putting up some serious resistance. Antibiotics work in a number of ways, including killing the bacteria around the follicles.
Three common Antibiotics for back acne are:
- Tetracycline
- Erythromycin
- Minocycline
#4 Topical Treatments
What is a topical treatment? No, it is not one based in Bermuda. Topical (without the r). All a topical treatment means is that is a cream which you apply directly onto your pimples on back. Benzoyl peroxide is common and has a good track record of success for a lot of people.
Hope you found the tips useful,
Cheers

7 Things You They Have Told You About Your Pimples On Back…And Why They Are All Wrong
April 5th, 2010 by admin No comments »Acne, including pimples on back, affects around 90% of the population at some time or other. We are certainly not alone out there but there are a lot of myths circulating and I want to expose some of them right here, right now because they make me mad as a hornet!
1) Chocolate cake, McDonalds, Pizza all make your pimples on back worse…Nope! While a good diet is essential to keep you feeling good and looking your best junk food is not to blame. Sign up to my free acne cure system to find out the only two things you need to change in your diet to get rid of the body acne for good.
2) Severe acne on back is caused by dirt and not washing properly…Nope! Excessive washing can actually be worse for you – what you need is a gentle acne body wash.
3) Here’s one that always gets my girlfriend fuming. People tell her that wearing makeup will make her body acne worse…Nope! Most modern makeups are especially designed to not clog pores or irritate the sebaceous glands.
4) If you are a little stressed your pimples on back will flare up…Wrong. The right stress is good for us. Just don’t have too much of the bad stress for all sorts of reasons, not just body acne.
5) Getting into the sun will cure your acne…Nope! A tan will hide the spots for a while, it will certainly not cure them.
6) Using spot treatments is effective…Nope! Hitting a zit with a spot treatment won’t do any good at all. You need an all over effective treatment which gets to the root of the cause.
7) Don’t worry about it, you will outgrow your body acne in time…Nope! There is a cure and it is effective right now – no waiting! Sign up to my acne cure system and find out how you can start curing your pimples on back immediatley.

3 Reasons Why Changing Your Diet Can Help Eliminate Pimples On Back
March 3rd, 2010 by admin No comments »Diet is perhaps one of the most contentious issues in the whole field of acne cures – the big drug companies want us all to continue to believe that the only effective cure is to buy more of their expensive drugs (more Accutane anyone? No thanks!).
GP’s have a vested interest in steering us towards topical medicines which we have to keep applying for ever – they rely on the drug companies and all of the perks they get. They also appeal to the average patient – it is less effort to apply a cream week in and week out than to follow a sensible (but boring) long term strategy to actually cure back acne for good.
But here’s the kicker – the longer we apply medicines, the longer we take antibiotics, the longer we are slaves to the big pharmaceutical companies the longer we have to suffer the discomfort and social stigma of acne and the more chance there is that the bacteria becomes resistant to the medicine we are using.
Many reputable studies now show a clear link between diet and acne (including pimples on back).
Here are 3 ways diet can help your back acne
#1 Food allergies can cause acne
Some acne is caused by food allergies which can also cause inflammation which is highly uncomfortable. For those lucky enough to fall into this category a simple change in diet can mean the difference between painful and unsightly pimples on back or a life free of bacne. It is definitely worth trying a change of diet if for no other reason than you might find it works really quickly for you.
#2 The Right Diet Can Correct Hormonal Imbalance And Help The Body Eliminate Toxins
Recent studies have shown a clear link between diet and hormonal imbalances within the body which can seriously negatively aggravate and acne you may have.
If the body cannot expel toxins efficiently this will also lead to aggravation of your symptons. Changing your diet has been shown in medical studies to help correct this imbalance and help the body to get rid of nasty toxins more quickly – this will help the body to deal with the pimples on back and acne in general with its own defence mechanisms.
#3 Cut down on sugar, get rid of pimples on back
Sugar tastes good, we all know that. What we don’t all know is the havoc it wreaks with our acne. As soon as you ingest sugar your body goes into overdrive to regulate the insulin levels in your body. It does this by hitting the body with a whole series of male hormones (including insulin and the male hormones including the growth factor IGF-1. These are too much for the liver and encourage the body to produce huge quantities of sebem oil – the one major factor which encourages your back acne to flourish.
Cut out the sugar and you are helping your body to avoid this sebum attack.
While I was not one of the ones who’s pimples on back were being caused by food allergies I found a noticeable (and much welcomed) improvement in my back acne when I followed a sensible acne diet which reduced sugar and milk.
Give it a try and see if it can help you too.
Clear Up Pimples On Back – Tip #1
February 1st, 2010 by admin 1 comment »This is one of the most basic, yet useful tips I found out for helping control your back acne.
Use Glycerin or Sorbitol based soaps and washes instead of normal soap!
When you wash with normal soap your back becomes really dry and irritated as you try and get off all of the oil. Even then they often leave an oily residue. Other times they leave a waxy kind of effect which can actually make things worse as it helps clog up your pores even more.
Using Glycerin and Sorbitol based soaps lets you get rid of the oiliness and at the same time it prevents your back drying out and becoming inflamed. This means you are getting a deeper clean AND stopping the irritation.
It really does work and will help get rid of those back pimples.
Stay tuned as I will be leaving some more tips over the next few days.
Cheers, Chris
How I Cleared Up My Pimples On Back – And How You Can To
December 18th, 2009 by admin No comments »Hi, I have decided to write this blog to shut up all of the people who laughed at me when I said I discovered a natural way to clear up my pimples on back.
I have been miserable from acne and pimples on back now for 6 years – I have tried benoyl peroxide and harsh scrub treatments which haven’t ever seemed to work. They actually just inflamed my skin and made it burn and itch and even swell up. If this has ever happened to you then you will feel the real pain I was in!
I probably could have put up with this if it had actually cleared up my pimples on back but it didn’t – so I was desperate.
Then, just as I was finally about to loose all hope, I saw some guy (Chris Gibson) promoting a brand new and revolutionary way of dealing with acne and back acne causes on TV and it really gave me back some hope. Here was a solution which offered a garaunteed way of helping banish my pimples on back AND didn’t rely on harsh chemicals (which are nothing more than bleach really). Perhaps it really was possible to live without the constant irritation and embarrasment of pimples on back.
I have included a copy of the show here so you can check it out for yourself
So, what did I do?
I jumped right up, turned on my laptop and ordered the book right there and then. It 100% rates as one of the most important descisions of my life!

How to cure back acne the fast way
December 17th, 2009 by admin No comments »Having pimples on back is a serious problem…one I know about all to well.
My older sister used to call me POB (Pimples On Back – hence the name of this blog) – gee thanks sis.
Even my friends used to give me a hard time (as a joke they used to say) about the acne on my back but to tell the truth it got to me in the end and I started feeling pretty down.
I had been trying all sorts of acne cream and harsh chemicals but nothing was shifting the pimples on back until I found a book which really changed my life – after reading it and implementing the different natural methods my back acne slowly started responding and 2 months later here I am – no more pimples on back.
Click here to check it out
At first I thought it might not work as I have never been into “holistic methods” or mumbo jumbo but I was pretty desperate to cure my itchy back at this time and so I decided to give it a go. I am not joking when I say I still give thanks for deciding to take a look – without it I would still be spotty, itchy, sore and what’s worse…a laughing stock. Check out the book if you are interested. At least my friends have stopped poking fun of me and I feel like my life has got a whole lot better now I have no pimples on back – I can even go swimming now with out feeling a freak.
I really wished I had found this earlier as I had put up with body acne for far too long..my painful pimples were so hard to put up with and this certainly worked for me.

Pimples on back – what a pain
December 15th, 2009 by admin No comments »Pimples on back ?
I have been there, done that and have the t-shirt. From facial acne when I was younger to spots on back and chest acne…itchy does not even describe it.
I have a number of friends with acne on their chin but I was the only one with back acne….bah so annoying.
Now that I have finally found a cure for my spots on back I am so much more confident and I have even stopped my sister from teasing me about it.
Victory is mine!
